This farm is located right on the main road. There is no need to travel on a gravel road like most other farms. This is bought a huge plus when you are transporting fruits such as pineapples to the packing house. It not only minimizes the amount of damaged fruits but also minimizes the transportation costs. The farm is located in the Northern Region of Costa Rica, about 15 km North of Santa Rosa De Pocosol.
The total area of this farm measures 67 ha of which 40 ha are suitable for pineapple or other mechanized crops. Currently, 20 ha are currently prepared for pineapples – in production or between cycles.
